Northern lights are easier now

Previously, I had to find cover for my camera to put it outside if it was going to freeze - which it does a lot here in Alaska. Now I can place it anywhere, and not worry about it freezing or getting frosty. It's my fault I ordered one too large! I just folded it inward and it works fine, if not exactly as intended. It arrived very quickly, too.

Thank you for your prompt response to my call. MOVO customer service responded immediately to my call and promptly sent 2 Movo CRC01DB Waterproof Nylon Rain Covers as replacements for the covers ordered through Amazon. The original 2 waterproof camera covers ordered from Amazon arrived with a piece of tissue paper protecting the transparent window. The windows were foggy from contact and unable to be cleaned with the paper and repeated effort . The replacements arrived a few days after my call in perfect condition! MOVO does want to know if there is a problem and will try to correct it with no hassle.
