Really Good BUT……….

This was the first time I ordered from Movo and I was very pleased with this company, but I did have a problem.
I ordered a really good tripod head mount for my phone after looking through their online items.
It wasn’t till after I ordered the unit that their site popped up on my phone and they had a much better one for only a few dollars more with a handle which I would’ve loved to have gotten instead of the one I got. I did not bring it to their attention as I did not feel like paying for the postage to send their original unit back and that got me a little annoyed to put it mildly since I really wanted the other unit. I ordered a handle from another company which cost me even more than what it would’ve costed me with Movo.
This has left me with a pretty sour taste so to speak. But an over sighting the company it is a great company. They got my item to me very quickly, and if I need to do business with them again, I would, but I’m a little concerned.
