I picked up a DJI Osmo Pocket 1 recently and have been impressed with how good the footage looks for such a small camera. The only real drawback was the built‑in audio — it just isn’t good enough if you want to vlog or record talking clips. DJI does make an official adapter, but it’s more expensive and harder to find now that the Pocket 1 is older.
The Movo PMA‑1 solved the problem instantly. It lets me plug in my existing 3.5mm microphone with zero issues. The Osmo Pocket recognizes the mic right away, and the audio quality is a huge improvement over the internal mic. No interference, no setup headaches, and no compatibility problems.

I use a Sennheiser MKE 400 shotgun mic on my Canon camera and the TRS output works great for on-camera use. However, the MKE 400 lacks a USB port for direction connection to computers so I rolled the dice on the Movo UCMA-1. I simply plugged the male TRS into the female TRS jack of Movo UCMA-1 and plugged the USB-C side into my USB-C hub. I opened the Sound panel on my iMac, selected it as the input source and got beautiful 48k 24bit audio from the mic. It works great for voiceovers and can record straight into Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro.
